CERTS: Medical Marijuana Certifications
The DMMC provides certifications (CERTS) in the form of monthly subscriptions.
The CERTS provide alternative treatment for patients diagnosed with chronic
conditions such as Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Migraines, Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder (PTSD), Dysmenorrhea, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Crohn’s Disease,
Glaucoma, Amyotrophic-Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), HIV-AIDS, Cancer,
Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Intractable Skeletal Spasticity, Muscular Dystrophy,
Opioid Use Disorder, Seizure Disorder, Tourette Syndrome, & Terminal Illness
with less than (12) months to live.

Discount services and consults for CERTS and MODS are available for Seniors
up to 40% off; U.S. Veterans up to 25% off; and Qualifying Low Income Patients

Dr. Hamilton serves as a consultant to help achieve lifestyle goals, other therapies should be continued by the patient’s primary care or specialist provider. Dr. Hamilton provides initial consultations and follow up consultations every 90 days to ensure you continue to achieve your lifestyle goals.
